5 star service and work is GREAT!!! This should be your first call, forget the others!!!! I called Alloy Gutter since they came recommended from a local supplier. I called 3 other contractors also for the same job. Alloy came on the same day and gave me a quote that was in line with the others. I selected them for the job since they told me their plans for completion and they sounded good. I could not have been more happy. Just one call and the job was done perfect!!! The job quote and final payment were the same and the workmanship could not be beat!! Don’t waste time shopping around as this is the best that you will find. I looked at the work and it was flawless!!!!! Great Job Alloy

I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Alloy Gutters. My wife and I moved into our first home a few years ago. The home was designed without gutters. This was a total shock to us as lifelong residence in Michigan. Because we had little money left over after out home purchase, Alloy Gutters were more than happy to work with us on pricing. They even came out and reinforced areas that came loose after some ice buildup during our first winter with the new gutters. Then, this summer, they came and installed gutter guards for us the same day we called to inquire about them. Now that’s service. I highly recommend Alloy Gutters to anyone who is looking for a great deal and wants to give business to a local company who excels at customer satisfaction!

I wanted to take a minute to give you some feedback on my experience with Alloy Gutter.
As you know, there are countless companies that offer your services. A friend recommended your company to me and I can see why. The quoting process was delightful and informative. Every time I called, I was greeted with respect and a listening ear that was trying to help me in any way possible (I spoke to 4 different people). Once I determined what my needs were and the agreed upon cost, your installer came out to my house (on time) and exceeded my high expectations. He initially asked how I wanted the downspouts to be run, then briefly explained how it would look while setting an expectation on timeframe. They were very professional with the install and cleanup, plus extremely positive about your product and company. As a general manager in the retail business, having employees that communicate clearly and professionally, like they did, is a gift (especially in the customer service industry). Add to that, employees that truly believe in your product and services and you’ve hit the jackpot!
I will certainly recommend your company and services to others. Thank you!

Just wanted to write to say “Thank You” for the new gutters and downspouts. Alloy Gutter did a wonderful job. Not only were they quick to install gutters and downspouts on 8 buildings but they did a very professional job. They cleaned up their mess as they were going along, they were very courteous to the residents and they were great about suggesting solutions to avoid gutters and downspouts draining directly onto the sidewalks (to avoid future liabilities with slip and falls). I am so pleased with the job that they did and the way they did it. I would not hesitate to have them do future work here at Denway.
